A cushioned sneaker might feel soft and supportive at first, but it can actually dull the connection between your feet and your brain — the very feedback that keeps you balanced and strong.
Minimalist or “barefoot” shoes help your feet do their job again. They wake up your muscles, strengthen your arches, and even support your pelvic floor (yes, it’s all connected!).
When we start rebuilding strength from the ground up, everything else—our posture, balance, and energy—begins to align.
