SEASON 2 : GROWTH

"season 1" lasted about 4 years, but with the opening of "soma sun / glass" .. this will mark the first major change to our social media. This social media acct. will be the hub for both soma optical and soma sun moving forward.. excited to have a lot more content to share real soon!

NEW PODCAST

for soma podcast #4 , I got to hop on a call with Dan Scott aka and have an hour long chat about all things glasses, as well as what path somebody goes through to become an eyewear stylist, and what makes a pair of glasses fit.. This one was a lot of fun, and I even learned a couple things. Theres a lot of good stuff in here, and Dan is really just a geniune dude and easy to listen to!

selects from s photoshoot down in philly a few months ago.. we still have a few of these guys in stock, but they have been noving pretty fast! This was one of my favorite soma art projects.. just a really cool exercize including individuals in Philly , Bangkok and Boston.. excited to be doing more stuff like this in the future.

taking a work from home day, ordering new inventory etc. Photos of alissa in our weird little courtyard.. her dress matched the house perfectly, so I forced her to put on my favorite sunnies (this is seriously the only pair of sunglasses ive worn all summer) and subjected her to an impromptu photoshoot w our little fujifilm camera.

We constantly rave about how cool everybody who shops in our little boutique is, and Alex is living proof of that. If you see her walking around the south end with her partner Jaclyn, be sure to shout "cool glasses" at her.

came into our shop sometime about a year ago with and got this pair of sunnies. In the time since we have become fast friends, and share a general appretiation for aestetic things. He is always so open with sharing content with us. This beach walk series shot on film in White Sands, NM is so awesome, we had to share it!
