During your breath-work session you will have the opportunity to share whatever is present for you or set an intention to work with specificallyβsuch as past trauma, emotional stagnation or stress held in the body.
The primary tool used in these sessions is your breath and music but we may incorporate essential oils and sacred smoke. This practice serves as an active meditation, guiding you to move energy through the body by utilizing your breath to override the executive functions of the brain. This approach enables to access the limbic system, which plays a crucial role in memory, regulating emotions, behavior and motivation.
These sessions are designed for anyone who is ready to address and heal past traumas, release stuck energy or emotions, minimize anxiety, and expand their capacity to feel and love on a deeper level.
