Happy National Apprenticeship Week! At UG2, we recognize that hands-on, structured training is one of the most effective paths to a successful career.

Since day one, we’ve been committed to cultivating the next generation of facility services leaders. Our HVAC apprenticeship program is part of this commitment, and we’re proud of our graduates who have earned their licenses thus far.

Our apprentices are mentored by the most talented industry professionals and gain practical experience across maintenance, operations, and facility engineering.

Our team recently attended an annual gala celebrating the creativity and educational mission at one of New York's most iconic institutions. 🌟 This fundraiser supports the scholarships and future programming for their students.

At UG2, we believe in being engaged citizens of our industry to better serve our clients and deepen our partnerships. It was a wonderful evening full of great conversations and meaningful connections.

We’re excited to share that Paul Faleschini has been promoted to Regional Engineering Manager at UG2.
