Recently, our operations managers and supervisors gathered for hands-on training in new equipment technologies and maintenance best practices. This effort ensures our teams are well-prepared, flexible, and ready for future challenges.

We also emphasized safety, awareness, and the importance of “See Something, Say Something,” so our teams are always looking out for the people and spaces we serve.

The day was a success and a great example of our core values in action: innovative problem-solving and outside-the-box thinking. Well done, team! 👏

Last week, members of our team joined peers from across the commercial real estate community at the BOMA in Bloom Building Expo hosted by BOMA - Greater Minneapolis. Jason Bergdahl and Candy Howes spent the day connecting with the facilities, real estate, and property management professionals.

Matthew Deehan, UG2 Vice President of Facility Management Solutions, is an IFMA Certified Facility Manager and has been a member of IFMA International and the IFMA Boston Chapter for over ten years. He is currently a sitting member of the chapter's Board of Directors, serving as VP of Education and playing a vital role in shaping the facilities management community.

He has oversight of the chapter's Think Tank Committee, the CFM Study Hall program, the FM Forward Podcast, and helps drive the production of insightful white papers published by the Boston Chapter that encourage discussion and learning.
