Are you getting enough fiber each day? 👀
Most Americans aren’t — in fact, the majority fall far short of the recommended 25–38 grams per day. Fiber plays a key role in digestive health, blood sugar balance, cholesterol management, and keeping you full longer. It also supports a healthy gut microbiome (those good bacteria love fiber!).
But here’s something many people forget — when you increase fiber, you also need to increase fluids 💧. Fiber works best when it absorbs water, helping to keep things moving comfortably through your digestive tract. Without enough fluids, adding fiber can actually make you feel bloated or constipated.
