Big news: starting in early November, I’ll be seeing clients in person on Tuesdays at my new office in Boston’s Financial District!

I’ve been fully remote since February 2024, and while I’ll continue to primarily work virtually, there’s something special about being in the same room together. I’m excited to open this next chapter and welcome clients into the new space.

Coming soon: Beyond the Mirror: Understanding and Addressing Body Image in Gay Men

I’ve been working on this one for a while, and I’m so excited to finally share it. Beyond the Mirror is the first in a new webinar series I’m creating on body image and eating disorders in men—especially through the lens of sexual and gender identity.

This training pulls together my clinical expertise, research background, and lived experience to help other clinicians better understand and support gay men struggling with body image concerns. We’ll dive into what body image distress actually looks like, what drives it, and why it’s so often missed or misunderstood in our field.

If you work with gay men—or want to—this is for you. Stay tuned, it's launching in just a couple of weeks.

This Pride Month, I’ve been reflecting on the stories that shaped our community—and the grief, love, and legacy woven into them.

It’s been emotional. Eye-opening. Necessary.

I wrote a short piece about what I’ve been doing to honor the lives lost during the AIDS crisis—and why it’s felt so important to me.

A Boston LGBTQ+ therapist reflects on honoring lives lost to AIDS during Pride Month, the grief that remains, and the gratitude we owe to those who came before.
