I don’t care…

If I sit here and say 10 times but you don’t commit to it? It won’t work… so I just say hey, focus on doing every dam day and as it gets easier and you start to get more consistent you’ll build up from there!!! Thank me later & now!!!🫡 go get your deep squats in!

Not ideal plan but the best I could do today. Sometimes you just got to show I o & do YOUR BEST & know that your best will look a lot different every day… so keep showing up!

I say this because I truly care about you…. I’m not the type of coach that will sugar coat things just to make you feel good. I’ll be blunt, honest & grab your hand to show you each step of the way! So, go get those deep squats innnn! If you want to get to this level of comfort in a deep squat, just follow me & let’s keep deep squatting every daaaam day this year!

I don’t train for looks. I train for THIS… and yes, meanwhile I’m still very happy to be building the best shape of my life… but when your WHY goes beyond what you look like now… it is easier to stick to the process! 🩵🫡🤍

My future kids & family will appreciate the way I carry myself today and the choices I make now will play a role in their future & lives too. If you don’t do what you do for you… do it for your loved ones!!!! 🤍

PSA: not my kid, just a proud auntie… but like I always say: train to be ready for whatever life throws at you!

Your mobility still sucks because you keep overcomplicating it.

There are great tools out there—but if you don’t stick to the basics long enough, it’s just distraction.

Consistency beats fancy all the time!!!

resting deep squat + doom scrolling = free mobility 😅

stop saying you don’t have time. Make it happen :)

brush teeth → deep squat
coffee → deep squat
texting → deep squat
scrolling → you’re already halfway there…
just get it done.

If this video doesn’t make you question how you’ve been moving… I don’t know what will. 🥹

Start small: 10 mins of resting deep squats a day (sprinkled throughout the day). We’ll build from there!!!

This isn’t just about looking good. It’s about not feeling stiff, not feeling broken, and actually being able to move with ease.

If you want to feel better, you’ve gotta start moving MORE, to MOVE better. We’re here for the long run! So let’s act accordingly!!!! 🐒
