🧠 Youth workers, mentors, educators, clinicians — this is for those holding space for young people in real time.
Youth Mental Health 101 is a free, skills-based training led by Rochelle Levy, founder of Alchemy For Change and one of the facilitators. The session is designed to strengthen early recognition of mental health concerns, reduce stigma, and improve response capacity — particularly when working with Black youth, youth of color, LGBTQ+ youth, and young people navigating sustained systemic stress.
This training is about what to do in the moment — not theory.
You’ll walk away with:
• Practical tools you can use right away
• Structured response strategies you can lean on under pressure
• A Certificate of Completion (with pre- and post-survey)
