The number on your cake has nothing to do with how your body is actually aging. We measure what your doctor doesn’t — and the data will surprise you.

You track your cholesterol. Your blood pressure. Your glucose.

But nobody’s tracking whether you’ll be able to get off the floor at 75.

That’s the gap. And by the time it shows up in a standard checkup — you’ve already lost years you can’t get back.

Day 1: We find out where you actually stand. Weeks 1–8: We fix it. Week 8: We prove it with hard data.

No guesswork. No generic programming. Just a physical therapist-guided plan built entirely around your results.

Athletic taping is a simple, effective way to give your feet support where they need it most! By improving alignment, reducing strain on irritated tissue, and providing stability, taping can help decrease pain and keep you moving without restriction.

In our staff continuing ed sessions we’ve been working on refining taping techniques.

Ask us about taping at your next visit!

Train hard. Push your limits. Chase performance.
But if you’re not prioritizing recovery… you’re capping your results.

Recovery isn’t optional — it’s where your body rebuilds, adapts, and gets stronger.

At POST PT we don’t tell you what you can’t do, we tell you how how to train hard AND prevent injury.

Train hard. Recover harder.

Save this as a reminder → your progress depends on both.

If you’re skipping mobility work… you’re skipping the foundation.

Stretching isn’t just about touching your toes.

It’s about giving your body the range it needs to train, run, lift, and live without pain.

At POST, mobility is built into every plan — not as an afterthought, but as a strategy.

Move well → Get strong → Stay durable.

Meet Brian 👋

Brian’s a Doctor of Physical Therapy in Brookline with a background in orthopedics, sports rehab, post-op care, and chronic pain — but more importantly, he’s someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people.

Born in Brooklyn, raised in New Jersey for 18 years, and officially a Brookline resident as of the end of 2025, he’s excited to be part of the local community.

He’s been strength training since 2017 and competed in powerlifting in 2021 with his college club team. These days he still loves being in the gym (just without the competition prep). He’s also into hiking, rock climbing, and running.

Brian loves swapping travel stories, hearing about people’s life experiences, and talking training — whether you’re chasing a PR or just trying to feel better moving through your day.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find him working out, cooking (and eating) good food, going to concerts and music festivals, and exploring Boston.
