Our next virtual office hours will be March 30th! This is for anyone interested in learning more about My Ombudsman and potentially opening a case with us.
Please note: if you already have a case open with us, this is not a forum to work on those cases. However, our ombudsmen do schedule zooms if that is preferred by the member, just let your assigned ombudsmen know!

What Does My Ombudsman Do?

My Ombudsman helps resolve members' issues and conflicts in a variety of ways. For example, we:
