It's Cloudy here. I need to sit under my sun lamp and get some vitamin D or else I'll be in bed all day....

The sun can be so healing...the problem is that it doesn't always shine. As I encouraged you a couple of weeks ago, getting a good big sun lamp is imperative to have for those cloudy, dreary days. Sitting in front of it for at least 20 minutes can really give you a boost in energy and mood. Sometimes I even sit in front of it twice a day...I don't think there's a rule against that. So grab a good book or some paperwork that needs to be done and do it in front of your sun lamp. You must keep your eyes open, but you can do things while you're sitting there. Keep it as close to you as possible.
One thing that is important to mention is to sit in front of it earlier in the day because using it a few hours before bed can make it difficult to sleep.
I thank God for creating the sun and giving it to us as a beautiful gift.
