Your body speaks - through tension, discomfort, and the quiet signals that ask to be noticed.

Pelvic floor therapy is a gentle way to listen. It helps restore balance where there’s pain, strengthen where there’s weakness, and bring flow where things have felt stuck.

From bladder leaks to postpartum recovery, from pelvic pain to healing after surgery - this work meets you where you are, helping you feel more at ease, aligned, and whole.

At Wellest, we look beyond symptoms to understand you - your body, your story, your healing journey. You deserve to feel grounded in your body again.

If you’re wondering whether pelvic floor therapy might be right for you, we’re here to help and always happy to talk with you

Pelvic floor therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. At Wellest, we tailor every session to your body and your comfort.

Internal treatment can help us understand what’s happening at the level of your pelvic floor muscles, while external treatment supports surrounding areas like the hips, glutes, and abdomen.

The most important part? Internal treatment is always your choice. We’ll never move forward without your consent, and we meet you exactly where you’re at.

Curious about what a session might look like for you? Read the full breakdown in our blog post (see our link in bio!) or give us a call to get started on your pelvic health journey.

Pelvic floor therapy can be life changing - but getting the most out of your sessions takes a little planning.

At Wellest, we believe in a collaborative approach: you bring your goals, questions, and feedback, and we guide your care with expertise, compassion, and support.

Some simple ways to make the most of your sessions:

→ Bring your objectives
→ Be honest about your comfort and limits
→ Ask questions and actively participate in your care
→ Stay consistent with your home exercises
→ Celebrate the small wins along the way

Every step matters, and we’re here to guide you through it.

See our link in bio to read the full blog post or reach out to us today - we’d love to support you on your healing journey!

At Wellest, we offer both in-person and virtual care because we know that every body - and every season of life - looks different.

In-person care is the gold standard for pelvic floor therapy. It allows us to assess your body head to toe, use hands-on techniques, and create a truly individualized plan.

Virtual care can be a great option too, especially when access or timing is a barrier. We can support you with education, guided movement, and troubleshooting from home.

Both have a place in pelvic health care - and we’ll help you find the right fit for your needs.

At Wellest, we believe that everybody deserves individualized, comprehensive care. Read the full blog post (see our link in bio!) or give us a call to get started on your pelvic health journey.

When it comes to pelvic health, both physical therapists (PTs) and occupational therapists (OTs) are here to guide your healing.

Both have advanced training in the pelvic floor. Both use hands-on care, movement, and daily-life strategies to help you feel more at home in your body.

The only difference? Sometimes the lens:

PTs may look more closely at strength, movement, and coordination.
OTs may look more closely at how symptoms show up in daily life and routines.

But here’s the most important part: your care will feel the same. Compassionate. Personalized. Rooted in helping you heal fully — so you can live with confidence, comfort, and ease.

At Wellest, we believe it’s not about the letters after the name — it’s about having the right support by your side.

If you’re struggling with symptoms, we’re here to help. We’re always happy to chat and answer any of your questions!

Have you tried magnesium citrate before?

This supplement is one of our favorite gentle ways to support pelvic health. It can help your muscles release, ease tension, and encourage healthy, regular flow - both inside and out.

A quick tip: check your supplement label to make sure you’re taking magnesium citrate, not magnesium oxide, which is less effective for these goals. See our stories today for a direct link, or check out our “Fave Products” highlight.

Curious if pelvic floor physical therapy could help relieve your symptoms? Reach out to us today - we’d love to support you on your healing journey.
