Join us at Wise Studio Yoga + Cycle for a complimentary pre-race yoga class designed specifically to prepare your body (and mind) for race day.
This 60-minute session at 4:00 PM on Saturday, March 7 will focus on mobility, gentle activation, breathwork, and strategic stretching to help you feel loose, strong, and confident at the starting line on March 8. Expect intentional movement to open the hips, lengthen tight muscles, and calm pre-race nerves—without overtaxing your legs.
This event is free for all registered runners of the Woodinville Half Marathon (registration required to attend).
