And I’m back! The new year was spent in the Caribbean with my kiddos and friends. I’m so grateful for the ability to reset and bring you the best version of myself. I am so excited to see you on this table again. 🥰

As we head into the new year, I wanted to take a moment to say that YOU ARE WORTH THE INVESTMENT!

Yes! You heard me: you are worth the investment. Massage is to the human body what a tune-up is to a car, so if you are doing a good job of keeping your car tuned up, then I really hope you remember to do the same for your body!

Self-care comes in many forms, of course I love the idea of everyone getting a massage, but if you have another way to reset- that counts too!

The point is to shift into the mindset that your body is your vehicle to function daily. It takes you everywhere, you use it 100% of the time every single day. Why wouldn’t you spend time to at least reset to maximize your functionality?!

Sounds crazy to never put gas, change the oil, or take your car to a professional if you notice something is wrong right?! That’s how crazy it sounds to me when someone tells me they’ve never had a massage or never set aside time to practice self-care.

So, as we step into the New Years celebration, and you begin to reflect on what went well, what can be improved on, and what new goals you’d like to focus on in the new year- don’t forget to include SELF-CARE!

Like I tell my students, peers, clients, friends, my kids and even myself: “YOU GOT THIS”, “YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS”, & “I BELIEVE IN YOU!”

Closing out 2025

RTM Tribe,

As we wrap up another year, I can’t help but look back in absolute awe. Redeeming Touch Massage officially turned seven, and we’re now stepping confidently into year eight. For a small, independent business, that’s a HUGE milestone—and one I don’t take lightly. 🥳

Most independent businesses don’t make it past two years, and in the massage world, many therapists leave the field by year five due to burnout and body strain. So being here—stronger, more grounded, and with so much more to give—feels like the biggest blessing. And that blessing exists because of you. 🥰

One of my highlights this year was welcoming IsaBella to join me in my mission to support more families in our community. I won’t call it a “business expansion,” but it is an expansion of access—more hands, more heart, and the same level of nurturing care you’ve come to know. Seeing how many more families we’ve reached (and watching IsaBella crush her goals in her very first month!) has filled me with so much pride and gratitude. 🤩

On the personal side… well, it’s been a big year too (💍👰🏻‍♀️✨).

RTM is Introducing a New Therapist!

Hello RTM Tribe!

You may have noticed… my schedule is jam-packed (all the way into March 😅). While that’s such a blessing, I also hate having to turn people away — I know how much consistent massage care matters for your wellbeing.

That’s why I’m thrilled to announce that Redeeming Touch Massage is growing! Please help me welcome IsaBella Escario, LMT, from Nurtured Spirit Massage! 🎉

IsaBella is a former student of mine who graduated top 2 in her class (yes, she’s that good!). She’ll be offering mobile massage sessions under the RTM umbrella while continuing to build her own practice. Her schedule is now live on my booking site — and when you book with her, all payments go directly to her.

You might be asked to fill out a new intake form so she can track your progress, but everything else — scheduling, approvals, and communication — will still flow through RTM for your convenience.

IsaBella will be serving clients in:

📍 South Snohomish

Appointments booked online are requests — once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you’re outside her travel area, we’ll let you know right away.

This month, Redeeming Touch Massage turns 7 years old — and I can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude.

To each of you who has trusted me with your care (and the care of your friends and family), thank you.
For the stories you’ve shared, the wins we’ve celebrated, and the progress we’ve made together — thank you.
For your dedication to your own health and wellness, and for sharing my name with others you knew would benefit from working with me — thank you.

Because of you, my business is steady, thriving, and often booked out months in advance. That’s not something I take for granted — it’s because of your loyalty and support that Redeeming Touch Massage continues to grow and serve our community.💕

Many of you have been with me since the beginning, and you’ve also witnessed another journey alongside my career — my relationship. I’m so excited to share that on August 22nd, I’m getting married! 🥂 I’ll be taking August 21–24 off to prepare and enjoy time with my new husband. 🥹

Im currently on a social media break. Not to worry though! I am still working, still learning, still growing.

I’ve had the pleasure of pouring my heart into every session, and connecting with every person to make one small change in their life to help make a big difference.

I just wanted to take a moment to share that although it’s a busy month, I am still working on making your experience at RTM the best one- every single time.

Spent the last three days learning about SMRT and how to use SMRT to treat regions of the head, neck, shoulders, forearms and hands.

It was a lot of information, and I will be applying these techniques throughout my sessions when appropriate and I just know it’s going to bring some results that we have been aching to see!

Sharing this weekend with 27 fellows has been pretty amazing. Everyone with different backgrounds of education, specialties, and even locations (a few traveled across the state and even across the county)!

This techniques offers a new sense of hope to those who have been struggling to reach that final part of recovery. I am so grateful for the experience. I even enjoyed my free time exploring Bellingham and stumbled across a Silent Disco at the marina! It was fun all around!

Goodbye 2024, Hello 2025!

I am so incredibly grateful for another wonderful year of doing what I love most: caring for you!

Many may see massage as just a sweet treat to enjoy at random from time to time, but many of you know that it is much more than that. Being able to provide you with consistent care to aid in your health and recovery has been my passion since I began Redeeming Touch Massage. I hope that 2025 continues to bring me new opportunities to learn more and expand in how (and who) I can help.

My schedule will see some new openings soon as my teaching schedule takes a break between March-September. So if you are itching to get on the schedule, keep your eyes open for new online scheduling opportunities soon!

This was a record breaking year for me as well on many levels and I can't wait to see what else we can accomplish together in this new year.

Below you will see my personal 2024 year in review. Thank you for being part of the reason I was able to do it all! I hope you and yours were able to enjoy your last days of 2024. I wish you nothing but much love and peace in 2025.

2024 Recap!

Thank you for making it through this far. I am just so grateful that I was able to spend this year reflecting on when the universe told me to SLOW DOWN; when the universe said to JUMP; and when the universe said to LOVE HARD. I hope you are doing the same to listen and to find your inner peace during every season of life. It will never happen with ease, but it will happen, so trust that you are on the right path to make the most of it!
