Inside Health Institute is a non-profit mental health organization committed to making therapy accessible to everyone, regardless of income.

Because we utilize Master’s-level Counseling Psychology interns, we are able to offer a pay-what-you-can pricing model. All interns work under the direct supervision of the practice owner, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with decades of clinical experience.

Location: Kenmore, WA (on-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: $25–30/hour DOE

Inside Health Institute — a nonprofit integrative health clinic offering pay-what-you-can, trauma-informed care — is looking for a compassionate, organized Administrative Assistant to keep our mission moving and our systems flowing.

This leadership role supports daily operations, client coordination, and community programs in a collaborative, whole-person-care environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and values-driven — someone who enjoys keeping people and processes connected.

Key Duties:
🗂 Manage scheduling, communication systems, and administrative workflows
🤝 Support clients, clinicians, and community partners
📚 Coordinate onboarding, records, and compliance
🌿 Help our programs and creative community events run smoothly

Qualifications:
--> 3+ years of administrative or program management experience (healthcare or nonprofit preferred)
--> Strong communication and organizational skills
--> Proficiency with Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and comfort learning new systems
--> Warm, trauma-informed approach to teamwork and community care
--> Experience in whole person care system, particularly behavioral health focused, is preferred

Beautiful flowers lift our mood and can improve our emotional health. Help us reach our Restorative Community Garden’s Giving Tuesday goal of $65 for azaleas to attract pollinators and brighten the shady areas around our pocket of sunny soil. These long-blooming perennials are well suited to this site and are easy to propagate by cuttings, allowing us to grow many from just a few plants.
