This cabbage stir fry when I want something fast, satisfying, and grounding.

Hot pan.
Simple ingredients.
Food that moves quickly and tastes like comfort.

Cooking doesn’t need rules.
It just needs joy.

Save this one for a busy night.

Method
1. Heat a cast iron pan or wok until very hot. Add oil.
2. Add garlic and ginger and stir quickly until fragrant.
3. Add cabbage and toss over high heat until tender but still crisp.
4. Splash in tamari and rice vinegar.
5. Finish with a few drops of sesame oil and chili if using.
6. Serve immediately.

Hot pan. Fast hands. Eat while it’s still steaming!
