Hey, mamas and parents!

I am hosting a FREE workshop series that starts this week! I designed it with busy parents in mind, and it will be supportive and nourishing to your body, mind, and spirit.

This week's topic:
"The Safety & Truth Within You."

We will focus on connecting or reconnecting with your inner truth—finding your authentic and sacred Yes and No—and experiencing a feeling of safety within your body and nervous system.

The next two workshops will focus on discovering the deeper desires behind your behaviors and establishing loving boundaries with yourself and others so that you can experience more freedom, ease, and joy in your life.

You will leave this workshop series with a stronger sense of self, tools for experiencing a calm and regulated nervous system, and a deeper understanding of what has kept you stuck in outdated patterns. You will know how to move through resistance with compassion for yourself and others and will be better equipped to set loving boundaries that free up your time and energy.

Just over a week away from our event at The Yurt!

I am excited to be back to share a Ceremonial Cacao Experience that is designed to help you get present and connect deeply with yourself to discover your unique and inherent ability to nourish yourself from the inside out.

✨ ️We will have a live guided drumming journey that facilitates you going deep within to connect you with your heart essence.

✨ ️Intuitive movement + mini breathwork session to activate your body

✨️ Journaling + free writing to clear your mind and link up with your inner knowing.

✨️ Time to integrate, snack, and chat before heading out into the rest of your weekend.

✨️ You will leave this session connected to your body, mind, and essence with knowledge and practices on how to access and activate your inner well-spring of nourishment, an important skill for any phase of life.

I know being a human is hard work. Experiences throughout our lifetime contribute to our growth or stagnation. Actually, it is how we interact with those experiences that cause us to move toward growth or halt our progress (perhaps even regress). We do the best we can with the tools we have.
