I am extremely grateful to have received The Rising Star Award from the this week. The last four years have been challenging, exhausting, stressful, joyful, prideful, and fulfilling. I am so proud of myself for the work put into . I am so grateful to my Elite Team and the Elite Community (in person and online… YOU GUYS)! You all are what built Elite and I am so thankful to be able to help others work on their chronic pain.

Lastly, I was grateful to be able to use a portion of my acceptance speech to remind and encourage everyone that it is our responsibility (as people of privilege) to protect the minorities in our lives. This means educating ourselves and others on our rights. This means being proactive so if something does happen in your community, you are prepared and those impacted can feel protected and safe.

Do you have costochondritis? Are you hypermobile? Are you working on your posture? Are you working on your breath work? In this video, we look at releasing the intercostal muscles. Your intercostal muscles are the muscles that attach all of your ribs together. With any postural compensations, they might get really tight and can impact breathing.
