Just a friendly reminder if nobody has told you lately… Mobility helps more than you think. Moving your body is one of the best things you can ever do for your chronic pain. Do you have low back or hip pain? Radiating pain going down the side of your legs? It might be due to a tight iliacus muscle. Releasing your iliacus muscle will help you find A TON of relief. The iliacus muscle is one of your deep pelvic muscles and often contributes to a lot of your hip pain because it attaches at the iliac crest. It can be tricky to palpate and release in a safe way. The QL claw makes it a lot easier and safer.
Releasing your psoas muscle can:
- Increase hip and pelvic mobility
- Decrease pain and tension in the hip/legs
- Decrease back pain

In this release, we use the QL Claw. This is genuinely the only tool I’ve found that can easily target and release your iliacus muscle in a safe way. It is extremely easy to use and (most importantly) IT WORKS. I am regularly recommending this tool to my clients with hip and low back pain. It is worth the investment.

To purchase your QL Claw, go to the link in my bio or visit: www.backmusclesolutions.com and use code: ELITE20 for 20% off your purchase!

Our feet impact the way that we stand, the way that we walk, and sometimes how our nervous system sits.
