Having trouble winding down? Your brain might be tired, but if your nervous system is still active, sleep will feel impossible.
Try these 3 gentle, subtle movements in bed tonight to signal to your body that it is safe to rest:
π 1. Constructive Rest: Lie on your back, knees bent, feet wide, knees knocking together. Hands on your belly. Breathe here for 2 minutes.
π 2. Gentle Spinal Twist: Drop your knees softly to one side, then the other. Keep the movement small and effortless.
π 3. Supported Savasana: Place a pillow under your knees to release the lower back. Let your jaw soften.
