Today is National Grief Awareness Day. The dragonfly symbol is a message of hope for those grieving written by Walter Dudley Cavert.

Grief affects people of all ages. There are many resources to help people suffering with grief and loss. Our hospice agency will connect families with supportive services including social work and chaplain that can aid in the journey of grief and coping. We are able to provide resources and open dialogue for our patients and families on their own journey with grief. Take great care of your grieving heart. We are here if you need us.

The same exceptional care from the same exceptional team at Family Home Health, now with an updated name. Family Home Health has retained its ownership, management, and staff while rebranding itself as Craft Health. Craft Health is a growing home health agency based in Boulder. We are looking for a full-time Personal Care Worker (PCW) to work with special needs individuals and the elderly in the home to promote safe and healthy daily activities. This position is responsible for providing hands-on personal care to participants within the participant's home and some driving is required to travel between participants' homes. We are looking for an someone to work in Fort Collins, Loveland and the surrounding communities with duties including, but not limited to:
-companionship
-meal preparation
-getting groceries
-assisting with ADLs
-light housekeeping
-assisting with walking and transferring
-assisting with bathing
-assisting with personal care

For our full-time Personal Care Worker, we're pleased to offer:

**Note: even though the work is in the Fort Collins area, our main office is in Boulder and if hired, a 1/2 day orientation will be held in Boulder so please take this information into consideration when applying.
