Where and when does happen ? It can unfold when you make space for it. It can also occur spontaneously when you least expect it ! On a recent trip to Mexico I found myself drawn to the with water known as the cenotes … there were some above ground too, but I noticed they didn’t speak to me like the dark quiet calm of the water filled caves. There was a sense of leaning into some discomfort there & emerging from it . Going into the water wasn’t a natural gravitation for me- it was more of a spiritual calling to clear my fear ( of which I have connected to fish who managed to find there way into the dark depths as well )! There were also bats in the cave however they don’t scare me as much as fish 🐠. Another potent healing moment occurred on the last day when I was overcome with horrible menstrual cramps. I laid down on a yoga mat to breathe and move a little when suddenly a cat who never gave me the time of day before, opted to lie on my belly and chest and purr with a healing hertz vibration for the next 30 minutes into sunset. . Tonight is a full moon in Gemini ( my moon sign) and sun in Sagittarius (my sun sign) so I have clear intentions set for understanding deeper layers of healing old patterns and opening to seeing new possibilities…

Announcement: I am going to be leaving Boulder Colorado this week for the summertime and returning in August. This means all my clients will be seen virtually ( unless you’re in Northern Cali or Washington)! The balance of Flow and boundaries is important. It is a lesson I have been grateful to practice & to deepen in learning lately. Now that I am an LPC my practice is filling up with new clients which is exactly what I’ve been working on manifesting. And at the same time as a and navigating and other health issues, I also require a lot of . So taking a weekend off to be in and mountains recently was part of that flow for and . When I returned to the week, I felt renewed but by Tuesday was caught off guard by a sudden and had to reschedule all my evening clients that day. It was a lesson in boundaries & having to say No even though I wanted to push through … listening to my body and softening the resistance through and was needed. As a I believe so much of the work is lived experience- walking the walk, talking the talk through . It makes a difference- to know is to feel and to learn is to listen….
