You Didn't Choose Just One.
You chose 2… sometimes 3.
That’s not random.
This is in response to the query of what your Body is Saying the loudest right now.
From your comments I saw a pattern. And with a bit of common sense, we all know that everything in our body is connected.
Poor sleep has been shown to increase pain sensitivity.
Chronic pain disrupts sleep cycles.
And both are linked to fatigue and slower recovery.
So it doesn’t stay in one lane.
It stacks. I get it, too. Following a car accident I was in chronic pain for a long time recovering, and sleep was off, energy was off, mood was off, and it often showed up as a quick temper. It was an imbalance for sure.
Point is, our body is one whole integrated being and it's very likely why so many of you said “all of the above.”
This is being seen more right now. Hate to say it's a trend, but it is real. There is more disrupted sleep, more low-grade pain, more fatigue.
Not because your body is failing.
Perhaps because it’s carrying more load than it’s fully resolving.
When the system doesn’t reset, everything starts to overlap.
I’ll go deeper into this later, but this is the key:
Your body is signaling. Not breaking.
Thank you for noticing and listening to what it is saying.
This brings to mind why we often reach for certain things for certain conditions.
For example: different plant compounds act on different systems—some calm the nervous system, some support sleep, some help with inflammation and discomfort.
It’s not random—it’s chemistry, and your body is responding accordingly.

It is a rather scientific-heady kind of read, but if it calls you, it lays out The Four (constituent) Families (in essential oils) That Matter. And that may help you understand why some plants work they way they do, by biology of their composure.
