The best relationships are ones where each partner desires for their partner to be happy as well as themselves. Being a Stepcouple, it’s even more critical to be a team and to be mutually respective of one another’s needs and desires.

We can be honest here, right? For many of you, today will be a day that you will make the best of, keep your bubble thoughts to yourself, and be very happy when it’s over. That’s more than OK. Every day stepfamily life can be pretty challenging on its own, but holidays can make it just a little bit harder. Take a minute to be thankful for the good person you are.

It’s easy to spend a lot of time worrying or wondering what your step kids think of you or even the ex. The beauty of this simple quote is that you just have to focus on liking yourself. Especially during the holidays which can be painfully challenging.
