Mental health is a challenge because it often changes without our noticing. One day, it seems like everyone is irritating us, nothing is working out the way we wanted, we’re under pressure from work or family, and there’s not enough hours in the day to get everything done 😫
Even one of those days is exhausting. When we have two, three, four days like it, one after the other? When we’re on our second week of it?
This is when we need to stop and take stock of ourselves.
What do we need? 🌳 🛌 ️🏋️️️
What does our body need? 💧🥪
Can we ask for help? 👋🙏
It is far too easy to get caught in a spiral of working to exhaustion, being disappointed in the outcome, and still being unwilling to take the time needed to recover.
