It is Nutcracker season! 🩰🥜🎄

Did you know that our dance physical therapist, Dr. Sarah started dancing at the age of 3?! Her inspiration was The Nutcracker Ballet. Her eyes were glued to the stage the entire performance and that’s how her mom knew to put her in dance! Basically, she hasn’t stopped dancing since 💃🏻

Needless to say, it is always magical to witness this ballet! I also feel honored to have the trust of Boulder Ballet dancers to trust me in their care.
