No matter the shape, size, or timeline of your grief, big or small, it is valid and worthy of being felt. đź’› You are worthy of feeling it.
When we push grief away, discount our experience, or compare it to someone else’s, the pain can grow louder, sometimes showing up in unexpected ways. Comparison creates separation, loneliness, and disconnection.
