There are days that I can't catch my breath with all the tragedy.

It's been more common for me to feel outraged more days than not, this year, and I know I'm not alone.

I'm relatively quiet with my own internal process, but one of the ways I've prevented going *completely* batsh*t crazy is through my writing

I reserve poetry as an alchemical tool for transforming suffering and especially the things that I cannot immediately change

It doesn't feel like much in the moment, but afterward, I always feel more open in myself.

Attached is a little piece I wrote at the beginning of the month. I hope it's cathartic and leads you into a similar process.

We need to acknowledge how expensive seeking western & complimentary care can be, especially for working parents. It's a crime that our healing has become so expensive.

My hope in offering such a large discount is that I can get parents and caretakers who really need it in for sessions this Fall. While I know I can't offer this rate all of the time, may this arrive to those who need it most. 💛

Reiki 2 Attunements & Symbol Introduction has been going amazing!

It's a beautiful thing to watch folk learn. This week we introduced ourselves to the first three Usui symbols, and will be sitting in meditation & practice for the next while as we deepen our relationships with each.

The symbols are so much more than markings on paper or in the air; they're living energies that help us come back to our True Self, happiness, and alignment with our bodies.

They work as keys in healing sessions as well as energetic guides to understand and know yourself.
