The biggest mistake many athletes make this time of year is simply overdoing it ⛏️ Check out Coach Joe's advice for all endurance athletes during this time of year!

The race is getting closer, motivation is high… and suddenly training turns into doing more instead of doing what actually works.

Panic training almost always leads to burnout, setbacks, or missed time right when you need consistency the most.

Your body doesn’t separate training stress from life stress, instead it all adds up. And when that bucket overflows, something has to give.

The athletes who succeed long-term aren’t just the ones who push hard, but they’re the ones who know when to pull back, recover, and stay consistent! 🙌🏼

Not your typical ultra prep... Race car driver Anders Fjordbach preps for UNBOUND Gravel 200 with Boundless Coach Noah Granigan 🏁⚡️⬇️

Boundless athlete Anders Fjordbach took on Meguiar’s Bathurst 12 Hour before shifting straight back into training for UNBOUND Gravel 200. He was one of three drivers on the Danish team High Class Racing at this Le Mans style race – the biggest one in Australia!

Balancing international travel, race weekends, and high-volume training isn’t simple. But that’s where 1:1 coaching makes a huge difference – building a personalized plan that adapts, no matter the time zone or schedule.

In Anders’ words:
