Mindful Science

Mindful Science We teach you to take control of your health and personal well-being through powerful mind-body practices endorsed by science.

Mindful Science is a company driven with the firm commitment to provide hands-on learning lessons that enable us to understand and self regulate the body-mind connection. Through the application of simple introspective practices based on the contemplative sciences and the methodical use of cardio-respiratory feedback technologies, we disclose proven strategies that allow us to return to an optimal state of bio-psycho-social balance. In addition to the online practices and content we offer, one of our current lines of research is the study of how physiological technologies for the acquisition and analysis of biometric signals can support self-exploration and self-actualization. We explore how this information can improve the connection between individuals and groups of people who are simultaneously sharing their bio-metric data.

Our Story

Mindful Science is a community driven with the firm commitment to provide mindful experiential learning lessons that enable us to understand and self regulate the body-mind connection. Through the application of simple interospective practices based on the contemplative sciences and the methodical use of cardio-respiratory and neuro-biofeedback technologies, we disclose proven strategies that allow us to return to an optimal state of bio-psycho-social balance. In addition to the online practices and content we offer, one of our current lines of research is the study of how physiological technologies for the acquisition and analysis of biometric signals can support self-exploration and self-actualization.
