In celebration of the winter holidays, all clinics will be closed or closing early on the following days:

~ December 24: Clinics closing at 12 noon, Pharmacy closing at 2 pm; Urgent Care and X-ray closing at 3 pm

~ December 25: Closed all day

~ January 1: Closed all day

Some clinics and services will also be closed/closing early on additional days. Review the full schedule below.

Due to the ongoing power outage at our Boulder - Broadway location, our Urgent Care and Radiology services are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Unfortunately, power has not yet been restored at our Boulder - Broadway location. All appointments scheduled for Saturday, December 20, at this location have been cancelled. Our reception team will contact patients to reschedule appointments on Monday. Pharmacy, Urgent Care, and Radiology services will also be closed on Saturday. Our Louisville and Longmont locations are open for scheduled visits today and Saturday.

Our phone system for all of our locations has been impacted by the power outage at our Broadway clinic. If you need to reach us by phone before 5 pm, please call our main number at 303-440-3000 and select option 5.

Due to the forecast high winds and Xcel Energy power shutoff planned for today, our Boulder - Broadway and Foothills clinics are closed. All appointments have been cancelled at these locations. Our reception team will contact patients to reschedule appointments when power is restored. Our Louisville, Erie, and Longmont locations are open for scheduled visits.

All of our clinics are open and running on a regular schedule today. We are monitoring the high-wind warnings for Friday and will notify patients by text or email if we need to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Due to power outages at our Boulder - Broadway and Foothills locations, all remaining appointments for today, Wednesday, December 17, at these locations have been cancelled, as well as all procedures (colonoscopy, endoscopy) scheduled in the Broadway Ambulatory Surgery Center for Thursday, December 18. If power is not restored at these locations or is suspended at additional locations, we will notify patients with scheduled appointments by text or email as soon as possible.

Power Outage Update

Unfortunately, we lost power to our Boulder - Broadway facility and all remaining appointments for today, Wednesday, December 17 at this location have been cancelled and patients have been notified.

All other clinics are open and operating on regular schedules. If power is not restored at this location or is suspended at another location, we will notify patients with scheduled appointments by text or email as soon as possible.

Due to forecasted high winds on Wednesday, December 17, Xcel Energy plans to perform a power shutoff in some areas of Boulder County. We are closely monitoring their Public Safety Power Shutoff Map. If power to our Boulder or Louisville clinics is cut, appointments will be cancelled, and we will notify patients via text, voice, or email.
