We made the honor roll! Our Longmont clinic has been named to the Colorado Kindergarten MMR Provider Honor Roll by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE)!

This honor recognizes clinics that achieve exceptional vaccination rates among kindergarten-aged patients. Our Longmont pediatric team exceeded the state’s 95% goal, reaching a 99% MMR vaccination rate in 2024.

Thank you to our families for making community health a team effort!
