💪 Posture, Alignment, and Lasting Relief

This week, Rachael — one of our talented massage therapists at our Boulder and Superior locations — attended a cadaver lab focused on the upper body and extremities.

It was a powerful reminder of how deeply connected the shoulder blade and cervical spine are. When our shoulders roll forward or lift, it can create tension that travels up into the neck and throughout the body — reinforcing just how important posture and alignment are for overall movement and well-being.
