As we wrap up another incredible year, all of us at Paradox Sports want to wish you and your loved ones a joyful and restful holiday season. Thank you for being part of this community and for believing in a world where everyone belongs on the wall.

We are close to reaching our year-end stretch goal, and there is still time to make a gift if you are able. Your support helps us create life changing experiences for adaptive climbers and prepares us for a strong start to 2026.

Donate today and help us finish the year strong. Donate with the link in our bio or at www.paradoxsports.org/donate.

Our offices will be closed until Monday, January 5 so our staff can recharge and spend time with family. We will be back in action right away, because our 2026 Ice Programs begin immediately:

Northeast Ice: January 23 to 25
Lake City Ice: February 4 to 6 (Weekday) and February 6 to 8 (Weekend)
Ouray Ice: February 20 to 22
Vail Ice Day Climb: February 15 (Weekend) and February 25 (Weekday)

Learn more about these programs through the link in our bio or at www.paradoxsports.org

Thank you for your generosity and belief in this community. Together, we will climb higher in 2026.

Warm holiday wishes,
Alex, Sam, Brittany, and Becky

Thanks to the incredible support of our community and our past and present Board Members, we’ve raised over $17,900. This puts us within reach of our $20,000 End-of-Year goal, and we could not be more grateful.

Thank you to everyone whose generosity helped us unlock our $7,500 match. Your support is making a real impact for adaptive climbers across the country.

The climb is not over yet. We are just a few thousand dollars away from reaching our goal, and we need your help to cross the finish line. Please consider making a gift today and help us start the year on a high note.

Today is the final day of our end of year match. Every dollar you give before midnight will be matched by current and past Board Members up to $7,500. This is your last opportunity to make twice the impact for adaptive climbers across the country.

There is still time to take advantage of our thank you gifts.
Give $500 or more and receive a Mammut jacket in men’s or women’s sizing. And remember, one donor of any amount will be randomly selected to win a Mammut jacket, so every gift truly counts.

We are in the final push, and your support right now is critical. Help us reach our $15,000 goal and start 2026 strong.

We are officially halfway through our one-week end-of-year match, and we wanted to share where things stand.

We are working to raise $15,000 by December 15, and every dollar is still being matched by current and past Board Members up to $7,500. If you have not made a gift yet, now is the moment. Your donation will be doubled and will directly support adaptive climbers across the country in 2026.

Give $500 or more and receive a Mammut jacket as a thank you. Not able to give at that level? No worries. One donor of any amount will be randomly selected to receive a Mammut jacket too.

We are close to unlocking the full match, but we cannot do it without you.

This Giving Tuesday, meet Katy Nelson, our 2025 Got Stump? Award Winner. A volunteer. A climber. A leader in our community.

Katy first showed up to a Paradox Community Climbing Night in 2016 looking for volunteer hours. What she found was a family.

“I was hooked after the first night. The community gave me purpose, and I loved making new friends while supporting people who were learning new skills.”

Years later, after a life-changing accident, that same community helped her rebuild her life.

“I knew my Paradox family wouldn’t let me make excuses. When I was ready, they supported me exactly where I was.”

With Paradox, Katy discovered her strength again—on the inaugural Smith Rock trip, she climbed the hardest route of her life.

“I cried tears of joy and amazement. Body 2.0 was going to do great things.”

Today, Katy volunteers, mentors, travels, climbs, and lifts up every person who walks into our programs. And this year, we are honored to celebrate her with the 2025 Got Stump? Award.

Katy’s story is why Paradox exists.
And why your Giving Tuesday gift matters.

We are working to raise $20,000 by December 31 to keep this community strong.

Give today so more climbers like Katy can find strength, purpose, and belonging through Paradox Sports.

You may have seen Paradox athlete Lindsay Purcell in our video with The North Face—and later shared by Jimmy Chin. Her story reflects what makes our community so powerful: strength, adaptability, and belonging.

Lindsay is one of hundreds of climbers impacted by Paradox each year—from first-timers at Movement, to ice climbers in Ouray, to Veterans climbing the Tetons together.

To keep these programs thriving, we’re raising $20,000 this season.
Your support today makes a real difference.
