I think it’s fair to say that 2025 was intense — all-around.

Intense personally. Intense collectively.

The whole year felt like a kind of reckoning.

When I look back, though, the moments that stand out aren’t the hard ones. They’re the simple, human ones — time with my family, laughter with friends, shared meals, long walks and real talks.

It's a reminder that even when things feel overwhelming, being intentional about joy — about connection, play, and tenderness — is an act of resistance.

I can’t know what 2026 will hold, but I know I’ll keep reminding myself to find beauty and care in the chaos.
