I FLOW a Jin Shin Jyutsu Studio

I FLOW a Jin Shin Jyutsu Studio JSJ utilizes the hands & breath to help bring you back into harmony so that you remember who you are! All are born with this ‘Powerful Art of Being’.

JIN SHIN JYUTSU ® Physio-Philosophy is a gentle ancient Japanese Art of harmonizing and balancing energy in the body. It is a philosophy, psychology, and physiology based upon an all-inclusive, ever moving (changing) energy that circulates throughout the universe, within and without every organism. It is our Source of life, our life force energy, chi, ki, or prana. Stress has been widely recognized as causing everything from minor aches and pains to chronic health problems. Jin Shin Jyutsu induces relaxation, and greatly reduces the effects of stress. The deep relaxation derived from Jin Shin Jyutsu brings balance to the body's energies, allowing the body to function better, feel better and heal more quickly. JIN SHIN JYUTSU is the Art of releasing disharmony/ imbalance/ tensions, which are the causes for various symptoms in the body. Our bodies contain several energy pathways that feed life into all of our cells. When one or more of these paths become blocked, this damming effect may lead to discomfort or even pain. This blockage or stagnation will not only disrupt the local area, but will continue and eventually disharmonize the complete path or paths of the energy flow. This healing art employs twenty-six “safety energy locks” along these energy pathways. We are endowed with the ability to harmonize and balance ourselves using our breath and our two hands, which act as jumper cables, to energize and revitalize the body’s system. By holding these 26 energy locks in combination, we can unblock and restore the flow of energy along its pathways to bring balance to mind, body, spirit, function as our Authentic Self, and awaken our Consciousness to connect with Universal Consciousness. JSJ offers a path to inner peace, wellness, relaxation and joy, which honors the whole person, body, mind and spirit. You can use JSJ in conjunction with conventional medicine to help yourself and others facilitate the healing process, or you may use the knowledge and tools preventively, to sustain a sense of harmony and well-being. Ultimately, Jin Shin Jyutsu will restore you to a knowledge of yourself and of your innate ability to improve the quality of your life.

Slowly but surely ~ and sometimes faster than you think ~ or maybe not, but maybe so.

Why not ponder the possibility and try it if it resonates with you? If it doesn’t, then you will be where you started, and if it does, it may be magical in transforming your experiences and quality of life.

You’re stuck!

Part of you knows it’s time to release it.
But another part is still gripping it.

So you stay in the middle.
Not fully holding on.
Not fully letting go.

And that middle place is where people suffer the most.

Once you decide, peace starts showing up.

Either hold it and accept it.
Or let it go and walk away.

But stop trying to do both.

Know your worth! ❤️💪✌️

In a garden, leaves fall, they dry, gather on the ground, and eventually we sweep them away.

We don’t do this with anger, neither with resentment, but just as part of tending the space.

We don’t look at the tree and think it betrayed us. We don’t curse it for doing what trees naturally do.

Leaves fall because that’s the season, but when it comes to people, we tend to forget this.

Someone (that someone can be us) disappoints us, someone makes a mistake, and others shed a version of themselves we once knew (or thought we knew), and suddenly we turn the entire tree into the problem.

Zen teachings often remind us that life moves in cycles: Growth, shedding, renewal.

People change. We change. Sometimes what falls away was simply part of a season that has ended. This doesn’t mean we ignore what needs cleaning, as boundaries still matter, and consequences do too. Just like the gardener still sweeps the leaves. But there is a difference between tending what has fallen and carrying bitterness toward the tree.

The idea here is to handle what needs to be handled without letting resentment take root.

Gardens (symbolically representing the psyche in this case) stay healthy not by stopping leaves from falling, but by learning how to care for what the seasons bring.
