I FLOW a Jin Shin Jyutsu Studio JSJ utilizes the hands & breath to help bring you back into harmony so that you remember who you are! All are born with this ‘Powerful Art of Being’.

JIN SHIN JYUTSU ® Physio-Philosophy is a gentle ancient Japanese Art of harmonizing and balancing energy in the body. It is a philosophy, psychology, and physiology based upon an all-inclusive, ever moving (changing) energy that circulates throughout the universe, within and without every organism. It is our Source of life, our life force energy, chi, ki, or prana. Stress has been widely recognized as causing everything from minor aches and pains to chronic health problems. Jin Shin Jyutsu induces relaxation, and greatly reduces the effects of stress. The deep relaxation derived from Jin Shin Jyutsu brings balance to the body's energies, allowing the body to function better, feel better and heal more quickly. JIN SHIN JYUTSU is the Art of releasing disharmony/ imbalance/ tensions, which are the causes for various symptoms in the body. Our bodies contain several energy pathways that feed life into all of our cells. When one or more of these paths become blocked, this damming effect may lead to discomfort or even pain. This blockage or stagnation will not only disrupt the local area, but will continue and eventually disharmonize the complete path or paths of the energy flow. This healing art employs twenty-six “safety energy locks” along these energy pathways. We are endowed with the ability to harmonize and balance ourselves using our breath and our two hands, which act as jumper cables, to energize and revitalize the body’s system. By holding these 26 energy locks in combination, we can unblock and restore the flow of energy along its pathways to bring balance to mind, body, spirit, function as our Authentic Self, and awaken our Consciousness to connect with Universal Consciousness. JSJ offers a path to inner peace, wellness, relaxation and joy, which honors the whole person, body, mind and spirit. You can use JSJ in conjunction with conventional medicine to help yourself and others facilitate the healing process, or you may use the knowledge and tools preventively, to sustain a sense of harmony and well-being. One cannot heal with the same thinking that made them sick.
Healing comes from processing and letting go of trauma, pain, hurt, regret, fear, old patterns/habits.

It’s forgiveness of yourself for the experiences you may have encountered... forgiving yourself for making choices that you may have only understood on the level of where you were then... forgiving yourself if you weren’t loving yourself enough or feeling worthy in moments... forgiving others who may have wronged you, abused you, or who may have been so messed up within themselves that they not even comprehend the pain they’ve caused. This will be hard for some to even wrap their head around especially after such tragic experience.

Yet I ask you this...
Where are you right now in this present moment? Are you okay as you are reading this? Do you need help or support to be shown how to do the above?

It is okay to release the past. In this moment, the past is gone and no longer exists. The part that exists and creates continual existence, is your mindset and thoughts about it...which in continuing to replay the moments....keep it alive.

It’s okay to release it. It doesn’t mean that it was okay what had happened. It doesn’t mean you set yourself up for it to happen again. It doesn’t mean you gave up.

However, having the strength and courage to forgive does release you from being a victim, brings an inner connection in that you have decided to move forward, and want more for your life...from here on out.

What did you learn? What you don’t want? What you value? Good. Now focus on that. Focus on what new experiences you would like to bring into your life.

Know the past is a moment in time no matter how horrific it was. You can choose freedom. You can choose to be okay. You can choose to proceed with your heart open. You can choose kindness, love, and well being. You can choose to love yourself.

My mom always said, ‘Today is the first day of the rest of your life’. So what do you desire today? Simply take one step, even baby steps, toward what will light you up, stimulate inspiration, warm your heart, tickle your fancy, help you breath easier, or put a smile on your face. Find gratitude for what is going right in your life, and focus on that.

Sending you love if you find yourself struggling with this. It is a process to ‘rewire’ your thinking...but it can be transformative even faster than you imagined. You have to start with the belief that IT IS POSSIBLE.

Which line are you in?

'Let Food Be Thy Medicine' ~ Hippocrates

Food, yes, and we have so many additional options for our greatest well-being ~ not only physical levels, but also on mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Herbs, complimentary healing modalities, healing the underlying trauma, belief systems, letting go to receive, sunshine, nature, mindfulness, intentional thoughts and actions ~ those are only a few right off the top of my head.

Two of my favorite advance healing practices are Jin Shin Jyutsu and Sound Healing. Of course, those are the healing art practices I have cultivated to share with you. 🙂

After decades of study, curiosity, personal health experiences, and practice ~ in addition to all of that combined and more, JSJ and Sound Healing have stayed consistently in the forefront. AND ~ I love and appreciate so many, if not all, healing modalities.

Each person, on their own levels of need and/or understanding, will be drawn to what they need/feel aligned with (modality and practitioner) in that present moment. This can change and transform throughout your healing journey and Life. For me, that's great, because I believe healing is multidimensional.

Additionally, I am talking about SOUL HEALING ~ truest healing ~ to return you to your Authentic Intelligence ~ return you to Harmony ~ return you to Love.

Below is a lovely short video on the Jin Shin Jyutsu self care practice of holding your fingers to help balance emotions and support your well-being. As a JSJ practitioner for 16 years, I have practiced this and other JSJ self care practices consistently. I can definitely tell a difference in my physical body, mindset, and emotion when I am doing so or not.

Feeling balanced helps us with perspective, so this type of practice can also help a person to hear, see, and know things from a greater place of awareness.

You can practice the healing art of Jin Shin Jyutsu on a daily basis to align and harmonize your well-being, as well as in real time situations.

Simply hold the finger for at least five minutes each. No need to squeeze or massage the finger. If you have even more time available, hold each finger for a longer amount of time and breathe. It is easy to practice. You can hold one of your fingers while meditating, sitting in nature, talking with someone, standing in line, or even simply watching a movie, etc. The longer you hold your finger the greater the effect.

You charge the phone of your battery everyday, right? Well, this is this a very good way to charge your body battery...using your hands and breathe.

Simple? Yes it is… And profoundly powerful.

We have the innate gift of self healing with such healing art practices. You may also receive a session from a practitioner which is deeply relaxing. The sessions are 90 minutes - one hour JSJ session, and 30 minutes of talk time to determine how to individualize your session, and set an intention. My office is in Boulder. Otherwise online sessions are available as well.

I FLOW DAILY:
'Breath is the means by which you are connected to the universe. Without the breath, there would be no consciousness. The breath builds and repairs the structure of the physical body, and it maintains a balance between the building material and the waste matter that can’t otherwise be removed.

We can be refreshed and enlivened by the breath, ‘the purified essence of life’. The life energy that surrounds us and permeates the universe is always available to us in the form of breath. There is no scarcity of the life energy. It is the most available of all natural resources. So we always have available the power to transform our lives and our world.

What that means is that you have the capacity to bring your conscious intelligence to your breathing, to receive more of the life force into your body. The more you receive, the more you have to give.

Breathing represents your best opportunity to regulate and maximize the all-important flow of the vital life force in your body and your life. And breathing, especially in challenging situations, allows you the opportunity to find your center in order to give a mindful response, instead of an instant reaction. Breath anchors us in the present moment. It is ultimate healing.'
