After 15+ years of practice, I’ve come to see that the deepest healing happens when we tend to body, psyche, and spirit all at once. Over time, I’ve woven acupuncture, transformational coaching, parts work, and shamanic healing into a single, integrated session.

Again and again, I’m witnessing this approach touch places that other modalities—used alone—couldn’t quite reach. People who felt stuck in chronic patterns begin to find movement. Pain softens. Clarity arises. And there’s a remembering of resilience, power, and connection to something greater.

In our work together, people often find relief from pain and dis-ease, uncover the hidden roots of what’s been weighing on them, reclaim energy and power that had been leaking away,
And open to the love and care that Spirit, the Divine, or whatever they call it, always offers.

Many clients notice meaningful shifts in just a few sessions. For others, the journey is slower and deeper—but always oriented toward wholeness.

I work both in-person and remotely, and the impact of this work seems to carry through distance as strongly as it does in the room. And when clients are also seeing a therapist, the synergy can be profound.

I recently updated my website (www.heartseedhealth.com) to reflect this integrated way of working. I’m also opening space for new clients, so if someone you care about is looking for support, please feel free to connect us.

Here we are again dear ones - at this precious moment in our dance around the sun where we too are emerging with the flowers, tender yet resilient. As the winds and rains and spring snows swirl, we too might feel that whirling within. So let us give our bodies and hearts and minds permission to settle, rooting as we rise up. Sending prayers as always to this great earth who holds us, celebrating her in her brilliance and beauty now and always.

This past weekend I had the great honor to give a talk called "Rebirthing Masculinity: An Embrace of the Wild Feminine" at .farm for the Spring Threshold Summit (@[thresholdco.co](http://thresholdco.co/)). It was an awesome experience and deeply meaningful. The thing that stands out the most was the thirst for this conversation about what healthy masculinity and manhood look like and how we can get there. We planted some seeds and I'm excited to tend to them and see what continues to emerge and grow.

I'm filled with gratitude and wonder. I'm hoping to share a recording once I get it!
