🌟 AND in case that isn’t enough, on the 20th, there is another astrological happening that many are referring to as a massive ignition point! We're leaving the Age of Pisces and entering the Age of Aquarius.⁣⁣

When the feminine and masculine come back into unity, there will be no wars. Hard to believe right now, but love will lead.⁣⁣

🌹Set your powerful intentions of what you choose to let go, say goodbye to, and how you envision your year of the fire horse, galloping towards what?⁣⁣

🌹And amp up your self-care. This is a very big week energetically, so self-care will be critical. Get out in nature, baths, grounding, breathwork, womb magic, or shamanic reiki session, clean eating, rest, etc.⁣⁣

Are you emotionally bypassing?

Recently, I did a class about conscious death. We’re all going to die at some point: tomorrow, next week, next year, or in 30 yrs. When we pass over, our soul gets a life review, bringing awareness where we were kind, loving to self and others, authentic, supportive, generous, etc., and also where we were judgmental, mean, harsh, no caring, withholding love for self, berating, etc. This brings awareness and growth for the soul.⁣
⁣
⁣
The guidance was to do a life review now, not wait until we die. That way, we can change, make improvements, support the evolution of our soul, and make this lifetime more amazing.⁣
⁣
⁣
Being aware of this, I decided to do a plant medicine over the weekend, and wow, I didn’t know what I was in for. I got a life review! This wasn’t my intention, but as I always say, the medicines will always give you what you need. I was shown my underbelly…. the medicine was neutral, showing me my shadows.⁣
⁣
⁣
I’m grateful for what was brought into the light: judgment, envy, and being the victim were the biggies.⁣
⁣
⁣
Now I get to work with that awareness and make the needed changes.⁣
⁣
⁣
For example, in my morning practice today, Spirit showed me my self-judgment, starting with the body. This is a big theme, particularly for women. Criticism of many, if not every part of their bodies…the body is the temple that houses our soul. Body love is the basis of self-love. We work with this to heal this core wound in the Inner Womb Bloom: Women’s Plant Medicine Retreat.⁣

⁣
The times we are in right now, just like what is happening ‘out there’ with a lot of the underbelly of our society being exposed, so is ours. As above, so below. I don’t know anyone who isn’t ‘feeling it’. A lot is coming up. It might be intense, but if you are willing to look, feel, and work with what is emerging for you, transformation can happen.⁣

How are you feeling? A bit beaten up? I am!

On Sunday, it was the last full moon of this wood snake year, in the Chinese calendar. I was hit hard by the ‘birthing contractions’, sick all day, slept 10 hrs. and fortunately felt well on Monday. I did a lot of releasing in prep to go through the birthing canal as we get ready to birth a new version of ourselves as we awaken more and expand into higher consciousness.

I’ve heard from quite a few clients and friends who also experienced something similar and, in combo, say they feel like they are on the verge of something totally new, something really big, YES!

So if you were/are feeling crappy or unsettled, celebrate it and know that the old version of you is dying and a new one is getting ready to be born. Keep the faith and hope. Be gentle and compassionate with yourself and others, as the ascension symptoms are everywhere.

Here are a few you might be experiencing:

Something magical is happening in my world, even though we’re still in the death portal: letting go, emptying, releasing those old patterns, ways of thinking that don’t serve us anymore.⁣
⁣
⁣
I’ve been noticing since the new year that I’m much more in FLOW. This means, going with the flow, accepting whatever is happening, even if it doesn’t ‘fit’ what my mind thinks ‘should’ be happening.⁣
⁣
⁣
This requires SURRENDER, which is the feminine essence. And Surrender = letting go of control and resistance. I always say that in plant medicine ceremonies, ‘the sooner you surrender to the medicines, the magic starts unfolding.’ This is what is playing out more and more in my world without trying too hard!⁣
⁣
⁣
Normally, surrender isn’t so simple. Our minds want to figure it out, know how it’s going to play out, can feel the need to hustle, push, make things happen….yet when we surrender and trust, we can flow like water.⁣
⁣
⁣
Water always takes the path of least resistance. It won’t go over a mountain. It will go around it. It won’t try to⁣
push the boulder that is in its path; it will go around it…so much easier. I ask myself, “Is this happening now because of the new awareness that the soulsongs I channel are the vibration of water?”. I feel like the answer is yes, as well as more of the divine feminine energies emerging.⁣

I’ve been surrendering to the diving orchestration, no more pushing and controlling, being in FLOW, and as a result, having some of the best days I’ve had yet here in Taos, so much fun, new connections, and joy.⁣
⁣
⁣
FLOW is showing up in the DFR mentorship, too. Samantha, one of my mentees, has been deep in this process for a few weeks as well. She just messaged me to celebrate how she ‘stayed in her lane’, let go of being bossy, controlling, overinvolved, and how AMAZING it felt! Yes, it does, and once you get a ‘taste’ of it, you want more and more of it!⁣

Death and moving towards Resurrection⁣

The spring equinox and Easter are just 8 days apart this year. So we’ll be in the symbolic resurrection energy, after our death process, ready to birth our new human/new avatar/new multidimensional selves.⁣

So keep ‘dying’, releasing, emptying the old versions of you and start playing with surrender: letting go of control and leaning into the divine orchestration that has a way better plan for you, always!⁣
