What I look at in a runner-specifc evaluation:

• Gait + stride mechanics
• Functional movement + activation patterns
• Stability + force absorption
• Mobility, flexibility + asymmetries

This is targeted, diagnostic physical therapy for how runners actually move.

Then we build a program that gets you out of pain and back to running at your best.

If you’re a Boulder runner dealing with pain (or are looking to prevent injury) we’ll create a custom plan that meets your body and your goals.

Questions? DM me CONSULT and we can set up a free 15 minute call.

We’re just back from an amazing 2 weeks in Peru, and it was the trip of a lifetime.

From the city to the beach to the mountains — with the pinnacle being a visit to Machu Pichu, which has always been on my list. And so lucky to experience it with my family and friends.

We met someone on the trail who said she just loved the country and keeps coming back and that the mountains had so much to offer us. I couldn’t agree more.

I think another visit is in my future.

Yes, your posture could definitely be contributing to your pain.

You just straightened up a little, didn't you?

Most of us are staring at computers or phones all day long, and are slumping, and this posture compromises our body.

I'm getting these types of questions more and more from clients who are worried about how their posture is affecting their body and contributing to persistent neck pain, back pain, headaches and even sciatica.

We can work on isolating the postures you're in and find the right exercises to correct it.

Your next step: just comment CONSULT and I'll send you the link to book a free call and we can discuss what you're dealing with before you book.

Tight hamstrings that never seem to loosen up?
Recurring strains that are causing you to cancel training or races?

I see this constantly—runners who stretch, roll, even rest…
But the same pain or tightness keeps showing up.

It’s usually not a flexibility problem.
It’s a load tolerance problem.

This carousel walks you through the exact exercises I give runners to build stamina and endurance.

What these build:
✅ Strength you can use while running
✅ Control in the positions where injuries happen
✅ Power for hills, sprints, and deceleration

In the clinic, I’ll often pair these with shockwave therapy when needed—to improve tissue quality, speed healing, and finally break the injury cycle.

If you’re an active runner in Boulder, CO area, and hamstring pain is slowing you down, reach out.

It’s not uncommon for me to hear that nothing has helped a patient’s scoliosis pain.

Many people come to me after trying physical therapy, chiropractic care, or the “wait and see” approach and they’re still dealing with pain.

Often the issue isn’t just the curve itself. It’s the movement patterns, posture, and daily habits that keep reinforcing it and triggering pain and discomfort

Together we’ll identify and address those and get results for scoliosis pain.

I’m always happy to discuss your case with you before you book a session. Just book a consult call from my link in bio or DM me CONSULT.

He won one and lost one!
I love watching my son get better and better at Jiu Jitsu.

As I spend more time with it, it’s obviously very demanding on the body.

As a physical therapist I’d love to see anyone training in Jiu Jitsu consistently working on mobility and stability for the shoulders, neck, hips, knees and ankles.

Especially adults.

Kids tend to be more flexible obviously.

If you need help with exercises or are dealing with a pain or injury just reach out.

FYI - I follow up my sessions with access to an exercise routine app where I set up customized exercise routines to make it easy for you. You just follow along.
