1 banana
5 dates, pitted
1 tbsp almond butter
1 capsule Organic India Ceylon Cinnamon
1 tsp of cinnamon plus extra for on top
3/4 cup almond milk

Directions:
Place all your ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy. Pour into a glass with some extra cinnamon on top and enjoy!

Gluten-free never tasted this good 🥯✨ Bake ’s bagels with our Whole Husk Psyllium for extra gut health support 💚

Save the recipe below 👇

Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups warm water
2 Teaspoons instant yeast
¼ Cup ORGANIC INDIA Whole Husk Psyllium
¾ Cup water
2 Tablespoons sugar or maple syrup, divided
3 ½ Cups Gluten-free Bread Flour
1 Teaspoon sea salt
¼ Teaspoon baking soda (for water bath), optional
Desired toppings (such as coarse salt, poppy seeds, sesame seeds)

Directions:
1. Combine 1¼ cups warm water, yeast, and 1 Tbsp maple syrup or sugar in a liquid measuring cup. Let sit while you prep the next step.
2. In a small dish, mix ¼ cup ORGANIC INDIA Whole Husk Psyllium with ¾ cup water. Whisk and let sit until thickened.
3. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, psyllium gel, and yeast mixture. Mix until sticky and fairly smooth. Lightly knead to incorporate any unmixed flour. Cover and rest 30 minutes.
4. Divide dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each into a disc and poke a hole in the center. Place on a lined baking sheet. Cover and rest 30 minutes.
5. Preheat oven to 425°F. In a wide pot, simmer water with 1 Tbsp maple syrup and baking soda. Boil 3-4 bagels at a time, 1 min per side. Remove and add toppings if desired.
6. Place bagels in oven for 20–25 min until golden. Cool briefly before enjoying.

A toast to the Earth 🌍💚 Our Moringa Matcha Latte is made with purpose—supporting people, communities, and the planet, one sip at a time. Save the recipe below:

Ingredients:
1–2 tsp matcha powder
1 tsp Organic India Moringa Powder
2 oz warm water
1–2 tbsp sugar
Butterfly pea flower tea, brewed and cooled
Milk
Ice
White marshmallows

Directions:
1. Pop a few marshmallows in the microwave for about 10 seconds. They’ll puff up and get sticky. Use a spoon to smear them around the inside of a clear glass so it looks like fluffy clouds.
2. Sift your matcha and Organic India Moringa into a small bowl. Pour in the warm water and whisk it until it’s smooth and a little frothy. Stir in your sugar.
3. Steep butterfly pea flowers in hot water, then let it cool completely. This is what gives you that deep ocean-blue color.
4. In your cloud glass, add ice first. Pour in your milk. Then slowly add your matcha mixture. Finally, gently pour in the cooled butterfly pea tea on top or down the side so you get those pretty layered Earth colors.
