Try to take some time out of your day today for a little extra TLC.

Here are some tips for easy self-care:
🛀🏻 Take a bath with Epsom salts
🚶‍♀️ Go for a walk (short or long) in a park
🧘🏿‍♀️ Do some gentle restorative stretching
💃🏽 Put on your favorite music and do some dancing
✍🏼 Make some time for some journaling & reflection

We all have our guilty pleasures 👀

But the truth is: the biggest investment you can make is in yourself.

It’s not just about the things you enjoy doing (although those are important too!).

We’re talking about your HEALTH.

When we make excuses for not investing in our health, we’re the only ones suffering for it.

Sometimes there are other things in life that need to take priority. And that’s okay!

But when you can, investing in your health will have the biggest impact on your quality of life.

If you’ve been wanting to get back on the mat, come join me. Your first class is completely FREE!

Here are the class details:
When: Tuesdays at 5:30 pm and Thursdays at 10:30 am
Where: Boulder Yoga Studio, 3990 Broadway Street, Suite D, Boulder, CO

If you're not ready to come in person yet (totally okay!), or you don’t live locally, I also have several classes available through Yoga Download that you can do at home.

If you (or a loved one) are known for being “hangry,” this probably sounds familiar 👀

Take this as your friendly reminder to eat when you’re hungry!

Skipping meals or putting them off doesn’t just make you hangry. It can also lead to dizziness, energy crashes, and even constipation when it’s a habit.

Getting into a groove with projects is great, and so is taking care of errands when you have some spare time… but nothing should come before your wellbeing.

So eat that meal and take care of your beautiful body 💚

You (and your loved ones) deserve it!
