Do you often get stuck in a loop nitpicking your body or falling prey to “comparisonitis?”

Each time you criticize your body, your body will fight back 🥊

To truly get healthy, we have to reframe our self-talk. Talk to yourself gently, like you’re talking to someone you love.

Even just bringing awareness to your self-talk patterns is a step in the right direction.

📝 Today’s action item: simply notice how you think and talk about yourself.

Are you harsh and insulting? Or do you take a kind approach?

➡️ Try this exercise for a self-esteem boost: look at yourself in the mirror and see what kind things you can say out loud. Give yourself a big “I’m so strong!” or “my body is capable of so much.” See how it feels!

Pay special attention to the parts of your body you normally criticize, and give them some love instead of criticism. Let your arms, your belly, and your thighs know you love them and appreciate all that they enable you to do.
