Chris is a retired pediatrician and mom of three. She discovered Kaiut Yoga in 2018 after years of low back pain and SI joint instability — discomfort that didn’t respond to other therapeutic approaches.
What drew her in was the brilliant simplicity of the method and the deep respect Kaiut gives to the body’s natural capacity to heal.
