Most running injuries don’t come from “bad luck”—they come from inefficient movement patterns.

And most runners have no idea it’s happening.

As we head into spring, it’s a great time to have your running gait analyzed and make sure you’re set up for a strong, injury-free season.

At Boulder Sports Clinic, we use Runeasi to measure your running mechanics in real time—so we’re not guessing, we’re measuring.

We track data like cadence, ground contact time, and loading patterns to identify exactly where inefficiencies exist.

Then we retrain them—live.

This means:
✔️ Better running mechanics
✔️ Improved performance
✔️ Reduced injury risk

Data takes the guesswork out of rehab and performance.

Tight muscles. Lingering injuries. Limited mobility.

At Boulder Sports Clinic, we specialize in Active Release Techniques (ART) — a targeted myofascial treatment designed to break up scar tissue, restore normal muscle movement, and improve flexibility.

ART is highly effective for:
• Muscle tightness and overuse injuries
• Sciatica and nerve entrapments
• Shoulder, hip, and back pain
• individuals who want to move and perform better

This isn’t just massage — it’s a precise, movement-based treatment that helps get to the root of the problem so your body can move the way it’s supposed to.

If you’re active and tired of working around pain, it’s time for a better approach.

Most people are told they have “sciatica.”
But sciatica is not actually a diagnosis.

Sciatica simply describes pain that travels down the leg — often with numbness, tingling, or burning.

The problem?
That symptom can come from several different underlying causes, including disc injuries, nerve irritation, joint dysfunction, or muscular compression.

Which means there is no one-size-fits-all treatment for sciatica.

If the true source of the nerve irritation isn’t identified, treatment often becomes a cycle of temporary relief instead of real recovery.

At Boulder Sports Clinic, our focus is identifying why the nerve is irritated in the first place so treatment can be targeted to the actual root cause.

If you’re dealing with shooting leg pain, numbness, or tingling, the first step is getting the right diagnosis.

Most people skip this part 👇

Mobility & activation work might look like “physical therapy homework”… but this is where better lifts and fewer injuries start.

Warming up on a treadmill or bike for 5 minutes gets your body warm — it doesn’t prepare your joints, muscles, or nervous system for movement.

Mobility helps you move well.
Activation helps you use the right muscles.

Together, they build that mind–body connection so your body is actually ready to lift, stabilize, and produce force.

Better prep = better performance + fewer setbacks.

Don’t just warm up. Prepare to move.

Lower body feeling tight or heavy after workouts or long days on your feet?

Foam rolling your quads, hamstrings, calves, and glutes can help improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, and support faster recovery.
