Active Solutions Physical Therapy

Active Solutions Physical Therapy Our philosophy is that a personalized, involved approach gives you the support you need to heal in a friendly and comforting environment.

Established in 1999 and located in South Boulder, Active Solutions Physical Therapy is a small, private physical therapy clinic which provides high quality, cost-effective care. You will benefit by seeing the same therapist from your first visit to last. Our goal is to show you how to make healthy living a way of life. Your therapy sessions will help you regain movements, strength, and physical abilities by maximizing your body’s ability to heal. Plus, your treatment doesn’t stop there; you will also be given a personalized strategy that will help you prevent your pain from recurring in the future. All treatments are one-on-one with a physical therapist without the use of physical therapy assistants or aides. Most major insurances are accepted. When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include appointment dates and times or other information you have requested. You can opt-out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we may send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, or text “START” or “JOIN” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carriers, such as AT&T, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You should expect to receive 0-5 messages per month from us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy. Privacy Policy
