I am, without a doubt, more successful with routine. I start my day with a cup of warm water and lemon. I sit in bed with my warm water with lemon and meditate. Meditation helps to ground me and center me. It’s also an opportunity for my gratitude practice. Then IJournal. My journal is a reservoir for all my thoughts. It allows me to take everything that swimming in my head, put it on paper, makes sense of it, and offer it back to the ether. How do you start your day?
