✨Embodied Practice Lab — Opening Session, Saturday February 28 at Osho Leela Meditation Center, Boulder

A space for integration, presence, and the inner journey.

We are always integrating — our experiences, emotions, relationships, and the changing world around us. Sometimes we do that alone in our minds. This space offers a way to do it together, gently and in the body.

Deva Arani, longtime OMC board member and meditation leader, is opening a new ongoing offering for the community: the Embodied Practice Lab. Created alongside the release of her new book Integration Alchemy, this gathering is a place to let integration become supportive as embodied experience.

This is not a class to perform or perfect anything.

It is a supportive field for the inner journey.

During the gathering we will explore:

• grounding and nervous system settling

• gentle breath and accessible movement

• guided self-inquiry and reflection

• shared presence in community

• and end with a deep gong relaxation

No prior experience is needed. All are welcome.

Opening Lab:

Saturday, February 28 · 10:00 am to noon at OMC

Please preregister here: https://www.devaarani.com/register

Future Lab dates: Saturdays: March 14 and 28; April 4 and 11; May 9 and 23; June 6 and 20.

What is Embodied Practice Lab

We are always integrating — our experiences, emotions, relationships, and the changing world around us. This ongoing gathering offers a place to do that gently and in the body.

The Embodied Practice Lab is not a class to perform or perfect anything. It is a supportive space to slow down, settle the nervous system, and meet yourself with awareness.

Each session includes grounding, simple breathwork, accessible movement, guided self-inquiry, and deep relaxation gong bath. The focus is on presence rather than performance, and participation is always at your own pace.

No prior experience is needed. All are welcome.

This 4.5 day workshop is a focused opportunity to explore an aspect of our Essence or True Nature - Authentic Compassion and Kindness, often referred to as the Green Essence.

The human heart offers an incredible ability to hold all that life brings including joy, love, pain, and suffering.

Yet we often block this ability, by avoiding the unwanted feelings. When we can courageously step fully into difficult feelings, we can begin to experience the depth and strength of the heart and what lies underneath these experiences… love, care, kindness and a profound knowing that we are fully connected to the amazing mystery of life.

Through teachings, inquiry work, meditations and sharing we will explore, the blocks and barriers that stop us from standing in our grounded presence and in so doing we can begin to awaken our Compassion and Loving Kindness towards all beings and all that life may bring.
This workshop is recommended for those who have prior experience with meditation or a meditation practice.

“The real religion is not imitation of anybody else, it is a search to find out your own authentic self, who you are.

So just outer discipline will not help; outer discipline can be used as a means, but it is not the goal.” -Osho

Meditate, Celebrate, Share

The Osho Leela Meditation Center (OMC), is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization dedicated to providing daily meditations, group processes, events, workshops, and celebrations to help people become more aware and present.

“My whole teaching consists of two words, meditation and love. Meditate so that you can feel immense silence, and love so that your life can become a song, a dance, a celebration. You will have to move between the two, and if you can move easily, if you can move without any effort, you have learned the greatest thing in life.”

Our mission is to Meditate, Celebrate and Share.
