This time of year can feel demanding and present a sense of busyness. This month, we will be highlighting Dr. Julie Neal's Top 5 health habits that she does daily or weekly to keep her balanced - mind, body and soul.
2: Exercise 🏋️♀️
At least thirty minutes or more 3 times per week - preferably outside in the sunshine. If it’s cold, snowy or rainy, you can layer up with vests, jackets, gloves, or a hat. Walk briskly, run, or do a combination of both. An at home option would be 15-20 minutes of free weights and sit-ups on a therapeutic ball. Maintaining strength, flexibility, managing stress are the main goals with this routine in mind.
