Community Link strives to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in all areas of life. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Supreme Court's Olmstead Ruling of 1999, services for people with disabilities funded by state and local dollars must be provided in the most integrated setting. The State of Colorado and other states have failed to meet this standard. Community Link believes that advocating for systems change to produce intergated, inclusive service settings is consistent with our mission and critically important to improving the lives of the people we serve.
