Boulder County AIDS Project believes all people living with or affected by HIV and AIDS deserve quality health care. Every day, we test individuals at risk for HIV, making sure those who test positive gain access to the care, information, and support they need. Because testing, treatment, and ending stigma are the pathways to a world without AIDS.

Once again, we are humbled by the generosity of our community. From through , more than 200 people supported with online gifts and checks, allowing us to exceed our goal of raising $40,000 for Prevention Services and HIV Care Services.

Along with donations, came the message loud and clear for BCAP to "Keep up the good work!" With gratitude for your moral support and financial contributions, we are able to do just that! Thank you.

All our gratitude to KBCO , Brewery , and King Soopers for supporting Boulder County AIDS Project , Food Bank of the Rockies, and Kroger's Zero Hunger Zero Waste Foundation through production and sales of the recently released Studio C volume 37!

Shout out to our committed volunteers for joining staff and board members in representing at nine King Soopers' locations in Colorado last Saturday!

Thank you to all the music lovers who came out to buy CDs! Your support of BCAP's work means the world to us.

We loved hearing stories from folks who have every CD in the collection, people just learning about this unique Colorado tradition, and everyone in between. Thank you for your love and support of HIV services.

Today, December 1st, is World AIDS Day!

World AIDS Day is a global movement to unite people in raising awareness about HIV/AIDS, honor people who have died from HIV/AIDS, renew commitment to providing medical care/treatment for people living with HIV, and invest in resources to minimize transmission of HIV.

The 2025 World AIDS Day theme, "Rethink. Rebuild. Rise., encourages re-evaluation of funding and service delivery and rebuilding systems to be more community-centered." At BCAP, community has always helped us fight for a world with less HIV stigma and with better access to healthcare, HIV treatment, and prevention services. There are many ways to commemorate World AIDS Day each year, such as wearing a red ribbon, getting tested, volunteering, or donating.

BCAP relies on the generosity and donations of our supporters to continue improving the lives of people living with HIV, minimizing transmission, and ending stigma.

The Services Coordinator’s primary role will be to coordinate BCAP’s food pantry services and agency-wide front desk operations. Possessing bilingual Spanish/English skills are highly preferred. Qualified candidates will need to demonstrate experience with and enjoyment of providing customer service, an empathetic approach to individuals of all backgrounds, and a high level of organizational and time management skills.

The main focus of this position is to provide prevention services to and coordinate the Atlas Prevention Program for men who have s*x with men (MSM), with the goal of reducing HIV, STI, and hepatitis C (HCV) transmission. Founded in 2006, Atlas is a peer-based HIV prevention program for MSM. Qualified candidates will need to demonstrate experience with and commitment to community organizing.
