Anchor to yourself.
Find the place inside you that KNOWS, no matter what, you’re going to be okay.
It’s in there, underneath the head noise and scary feelings.
Its there!
That place, is the place where you KNOW who you are.
When you anchor to that, even if just for a moment, you get a calmer feeling and less thinking.
From that calmer feeling, you can hear the voice of your common sense, intuition or wisdom. Call it what you want.
From that calmer place, you can begin to find the way out of the spiral. You’ll get a good idea on what you need to do, the next step that will help you.
It might be that everything you’ve been doing isn’t working. That’s what happened for me.
This place that I am trying to point you to, is the only way out of debilitating anxiety that I know. I tried everything!
There are not techniques or things TO DO.
