The Solar Eclipse of October 2 2024:
On October 2nd at 12:49 PM MDT we have an Annular Solar Eclipse. Solar Eclipses happen during the New Moon Phase and this eclipse may appear as a “Ring of Fire” where the corona of the Sun flickers it's flaming energy as the Moon passes in front of the Sun. This Eclipse also has Mercury combusted or within a degree of this new moon. This means that Mercury is literally burned by the Sun’s energy. This can hinder commerce, communication, transportation systems, relating, understanding. Also the planet Mars is squaring the eclipse from the sign of Cancer and suggests that people's actions can be emotional, irrational In short this portends a difficult time in personal relationships and especially difficult for any process of peace and understanding.
This eclipse is going to especially affect those who have planets or angles in Cardinal signs especially between 3 and 17 degrees pf Libra, Capricorn Aries and Cancer. To understand it’s influence in your natal chart you would look to the house in your chart that has Libra on the House Cusp and one might expect that topics related to that house might be an area of life that is in focus at this time.
Libra is about partnerships, negotiations, diplomacy, balance and the willingness to see another’s points of view. With Mercury being literally burnt by the Solar energy at the time of the Eclipse and Mars squaring the eclipse closely, emotions will be frayed, people will be argumentative, relationships can suffer from the slings and arrows of repressed emotions that surface.
The ideal in Libra would be balance and diplomacy, but in truth with Venus ruling the Libra placements in Scorpio, there may be a tendency to express anger and rage and this is not a time for confrontation. Yet it is likely.
Best advice for we mortals trying to get through our daily lives is to be aware that emotions are surfacing, the collective unconscious is tense, and best not to engage in controversial rhetoric at this time You can’t win!!
The planets are really detrimental to constructive realities right now and it is just best to go about your day and way as best you can. Avoid people, groups or situations that can be inciteful.

A very WATERY Eclipse is upon us on Sept 17th in the USA and Latin America This is a Partial eclipse, but that does not mean the effects won’t be noticed or lingering. The eclipsed Moon will be conjoining Neptune in the depths of churning Pisces. Jupiter rules this Pisces Moon and he is in the elusive sign of Gemini This is not a time for clarity, and one is not alone in trying to fathom unfathomable depths of emotion. The Emotions can deal with Isolation, Loss. At this time Mercury is applying to an opposition with Saturn. Choices are difficult now in all arenas. Sometimes it is better to wait and distill information before acting.
Some may be in touch with their sadness, solitude or their own Inner Poet. This may be a good time to delve into one’s own Psyche. Truths may become apparent.
There m ay be significant weather events, flooding, typhoons and hurricanes.

Enrolled in the Masters Practitioners course of NLP with Michael Carroll of the NLP Academy of the UK. I am in Class 10 hours a day with students and practitioners from 20 countries. The focus is New Code NLP as authored by Dr. John Grinder.

When I was in my 20's I had a fascination with Yoga which led me into a deep and meaningful life long practice which still continues to be a focal point in my life for centering inner strength and joy.

NLP focuses on the individual map that we all have, how to access it and the approach is multi faceted. I am as fascinated with NLP as I was with Yoga when I was in my 20's.

NLP is giving me many tools that I can use to help people including myself to have a richer life with deep intentions. The processes are fascinating and results are usually immediate. Sometimes we use hypnotherapy as people can change or access areas of their lives more easily in trance.

The past couple days have been devoted to Time Line Therapies both traditional and New Code. With these processes I have the ability to help people create profound change in their lives and quickly. We are dealing with anxiety, trauma, compulsions and changing or erasing memories that may produce trauma or negative patterning.

Since NLP is Neuro Linguistic Programming you can be assured that how we frame our world linguistically thru our experiences is focal.

One of the more amazing features of NLP is how rapidly unwanted patterns or memories can be removed from one's life.

An important aspect of NLP is creating genius by modeling oneself after others. Hence, we have a modeling project. For my project I am modeling after Stevie Nicks who was obviously an icon in the 1970's and beyond and I will be signing her song "Landslide" and discussing the song as a metaphor for changes that we all go through in life.

I am attending classes with the NLP Academy of the UK. Yesterday was the first day of this two week program. Most of my classmates are from Europe and China. I am thrilled to be resuming studies for the Master Practitioner certification in NLP and New Code NLP.

The classes are taking place in Los Alcazares a fishing and tourist village situated In a lagoon area known as the Mar Menor.

May 2017 be a year of conscious awakening in all of our lives. Allow yourself to slow down and to engage your mind and your senses in a vivid and purposeful reality. We all seek laughter happiness and joy and a feeling of purpose. .Be kind and be courageous this year in all of your endeavors. Start with being kind and gentle to yourself. I hope this year to share several beautiful insights that I have garnered. We are amazingly powerful beings and each one of us the potential to tap into inner resources of self renewal and self healing. I will keep this thread alive this year.

NLP CAN HELP TURN A C STUDENT INTO AN A STUDENT

How do people develop that unconscious competence? Musicians have it, athletes have it and students can have it as well. One of the keys is practice or when applied to getting better grades Studying.
Studying has become a lost art and the basic skills of study are good organization, and persistence.
Using NLP techniques and hypnotherapy I can guarantee that your child will start to like school more will want to study, will be more self confident and he or she will get better grades!
I can not guarantee that he or she will be a genius, but I can guarantee in just a few sessions that your child will be more self motivated to be successful and to have attainable goals.
What are the reasons that people from India are so good at spelling and have won most of the US spelling bees over the last 2 years?
It is because in their main languages Hindi and Tamil they usually speak 300-350 words per minute. English speaking people when they speak usually speak 150-220 words.
In our schools kids were taught to read using phonetics: " Johnny sound that word out"
Indian children are taught to visualize words and in visualizing words can often spell them with ease backwards and forwards.
One of the techniques I use in NLP is to teach people to visualize BOLDLY!
Just the act of doing this in spelling and reading can accelerate learning, remembering and is a life changing and fun technique to have in one's persona l toolbox.
