After a thorough review of the changes implemented by the Department of Defense and the Council of State Governments, NCBTMB expresses its full support for the revised Compact.
In summary, NCBTMB believes these changes promote inclusivity for thousands more qualified therapists, future flexibility, and strong public safety measures—key factors that will accelerate state adoption and broaden support for the revised Compact.
Pregnancy changes everything — your body, your nervous system, your sense of time, and how you move through the world.
The Sacred Prenatal Women’s Circle is a weekly space to slow down, breathe, and be supported while your body does the profound work of growing life. This is not about pushing through discomfort or keeping up with a class. It’s about learning to listen — to your body, your breath, and your intuition.
In this circle, we use prenatal yoga and functional movement to support comfort, mobility, and confidence. We explore breath not as a tool to control birth, but as a way to stay present. And we gather in community, because pregnancy is not meant to be carried alone.
